Chief Account

REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATE NEEDED: 1
POSITION SUMMARY: Should provide the Owners, Hotel Manager, and other management with accurate, timely, and relevant financial data. Additionally responsible for managing the audit function in hotel to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
PREREQUISITE: Strong verbal and written communications skills with strong accounting software experience. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word) and experience with PMS EasyFo.
EDUCATION: CA (Charted Accountant) or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Graduate in Accounting.
EXPERIENCE: 5 to 6 years demonstrated accounting experience, preferably in a hospitality or food and beverage environment and quality with a background that includes forecasting and budgeting.

Hotel Assistant Manager

REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATE NEEDED: 1
POSITION SUMMARY: In the absence of General Manager, takes charge of the overall operations of the hotel. Primarily reports to General Manager. Ensures guests have a smooth running stay at the hotel. Supervises all departments in the hotel. As the Hotel Assistant Manager, one should act as the bridge between all departments and the General Manager. Hotel Assistant Manager has many responsibility, including but not limited to, overlook in details of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales and Marketing department.
PREREQUISITE: Excellent communication and customer relation skills. Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure. Knowledge of EasyFo Property Management System is required. Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English and Thai. Leads by example. Strive to use a polite language in relation with hotel guests, colleagues, and crews.
EDUCATION: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. Computer knowledge and experience in MS Office programs.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years work experience in managerial position in hotel industry. Experiences in handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks. Additional languages spoken would be an asset.


Sous Chef

REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager / Hotel Assistant Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATE NEEDED: 1
POSITION SUMMARY: responsible for overall kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Also assists in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced.
PREREQUISITE:

  • Fair and firm management abilities with high influencing skills.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
  • Hands-on approach to all operational aspects.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer skills.

EDUCATION: Culinary diploma from a recognized institution or higher.
EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years’ experience with 2 years in a senior management position.

Commis I / Line Chef

REPORTS TO: Sous Chef
NUMBER OF CANDIDATE NEEDED: 2
POSITION SUMMARY: would be working on a variety of stations in a high volume kitchen environment. He / She is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for the guests through preparation, cooking and food presentation. Takes leadership role during the absence of the Sous Chef. Must adhere to all sanitation regulations and requirements and also responsible for the correct handling and preparation of all food items and equipment. This position will also assist the Sous Chef to plan and prepare quality service for the food and beverage production department.
PREREQUISITE:

  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.
  • Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
  • Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively.

EDUCATION: High school education or diploma in culinary is required. Basic computer skills and familiar with inventory systems.
EXPERIENCE: One to five years of minimum previous experience required in a high volume kitchen or full-service hotel.


Bartender

REPORTS TO: Hotel Assistant Manager / Hotel Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATES NEEDED: 2
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to prepare and serve drinks to guests/customers. Able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customer’s needs and expectations. Interacts with guests/customers and ensures they have a great experience at the bar lounge. Maintains positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
PREREQUISITES: Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking and other languages are advantages. Good personality and positive interpersonal skills required.
EDUCATION: Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. Computer knowledge and experience in MS Office programs.
EXPERIENCE: Previous bartending experience required in a mid scale or luxury property. Experience in handling POS terminals and Stock & Inventory management software.

Host/Hostess

REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager, Hotel Assistant Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATES NEEDED: 2
POSITION SUMMARY: is the first crew to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant. He/She should ensure to provide proficient and professional hotel service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations. Welcomes the guests by greeting them as per the standards and respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Fills in the job of GSA, cashier, and other when necessary.
PREREQUISITE: Be an excellent team player who can do it all. Flexible to work a variety of early and late shifts. Able to stand for long hours and transport guest luggage to and from guests’ rooms and/or designated bell area.
EDUCATION: High school or equivalent education. Able to work on MS Office programs and basic knowledge of EasyFo.
EXPERIENCE: Experienced working in a hotel/restaurant environment is essential. Strong communication skills in English and Thai (verbal, listening, writing). Pro-active and reliable. Has a great passion for hospitality and customer service.


GSA

REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager, Hotel Assistant Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATES NEEDED: 4
POSITION SUMMARY: Represents the hotel to guests throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Determinates a guest’s reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Verifies the guest’s method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate hotel crew.
PREREQUISITE: Be an excellent team player who can do it all. Flexible to work a variety of early and late shifts. Excellent communicator in English and Thai. Amazing personality and loves to smile. Extremely organized and actively looks for ways to help people. Ability to work with multiple systems and applications like spreadsheets, databases, work processing, property management software, booking engine, OTA extranets, and MS Office programs. Fills in the job of GSA, cashier, and other when necessary.
EDUCATION: High school or equivalent education. Able to work on MS Office programs and basic knowledge of EasyFo.

CASHIER

REPORTS TO: Hotel Assistant Manager and Hotel Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATES NEEDED: 2
POSITION SUMMARY: Posts revenue center charges to guest accounts. Receives payments from guest’ account at check-out. Coordinates the billing of credit card and direct-billed guest accounts with the accounting division. All guests’ accounts are balanced by Cashier at the close of each shift. Answers guest inquiries regarding fees and services. Fills in the job of GSA, cashier, and other when necessary.
PREREQUISITES: Excellent communication and customer relation skills. Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure. Knowledge of EasyFo Property Management System is required.
EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent. Speaks, reads, writes, and understands English and Thai. Good presentation skill and a team player.
EXPERIENCE: Previous hotel-related experience desired. Experienced in operating hotel front office software.


Housekeeping Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager / Hotel Assistant Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATE NEEDED: 1
POSITION SUMMARY: Housekeeper Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of room attendant, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor activities. He / She assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions. Participates in and enforces quality assurance for Housekeeping Department and department cost control measures.
PREREQUISITE: Excellent management skills and attention to detail. Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure. Knowledge of EasyFo Property Management System is required. Strive to use a polite language in relation with hotel guests, colleagues, and crews. Able to speak English is preferred.
EDUCATION: Hotel management diploma or equivalent. Read and understand instructions, safety rules, etc. Write reports with proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in a supervisory capacity, 2 years line level experience in all aspects of the Housekeeping department.

Purchase Officer

REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATE NEEDED: 1
POSITION SUMMARY: Should work with suppliers to negotiate contracts for the purchase of required goods and keep accurate records of transactions trends. Also to assist the Finance and Operational Departments in the monitoring, reporting and controlling of Cost of Sales in the hotel, including audit and control, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting etc.
PREREQUISITE: Strong negotiating and closing skills required, along with a demonstrated ability to develop negotiation strategies for complex activities. Ability to evaluate legal and business risks and ramifications of proposed contractual terms. Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
EDUCATION: Graduate or diploma in business studies or MBA or purchasing and supply. With good knowledge of MS office suite and Materials management software (MMS)
EXPERIENCE: Previous Min 4 years’ experience as Asst. Purchase manager 4 years with expertise in the Hotel and Catering industry.


Waiter

REPORTS TO: Hotel Assistant Manager / Hotel Manager
NUMBER OF CANDIDATE NEEDED: 2
POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure that all guests are served to the hotels standard in the Restaurant / Bar / Lounge areas. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas.Takes orders for, serves (where applicable, prepares) food and beverages to guests as per the hotels standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
PREREQUISITE: Should have excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work longer hours as per business demand. Be courteous, professional and provide efficient service.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Previous serving experience required. Excellent oral communication skills required. Positive interpersonal skills required. Can handle local language and English.

Housekeeping Attendant

REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Supervisor
NUMBER OF CANDIDATES NEEDED: 10
POSITION SUMMARY: Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identifies and reports preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guest rooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.
PREREQUISITES: Speaks with others using clear and professional language. Supports team to reach common goals. Ensures adherence to quality expectations and standards. Moves, lifts, carries, push, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
EDUCATION: High school or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Previous housekeeping experience preferred. Freshers with no experience are also considered.


Steward

REPORTS TO: Sous Chef
NUMBER OF CANDIDATE NEEDED: 2
POSITION SUMMARY: Primarily Responsible for Operating and maintain cleaning equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, china ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment's etc. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and hotel guidelines.
PREREQUISITE: The right candidate should have a positive attitude, Communicates effectively, work under pressure and Priorities and works efficiently with limited supervision.
EDUCATION: High school education or diploma.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in similar role and Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene.
